THCP has appointed Matteo Siani as an operating partner

Three Hills Capital Partners (THCP) has appointed Matteo Siani as an operating partner of THCP holding company, Atypical Partner (AP).

Based in AP's Milan office, Siani will focus on supporting growth, transformation, and strategic development across businesses in the THCP portfolio and beyond, with a particular focus on Southern Europe.

Siani's appointment adds to AP’s value creation team, which includes in-house experts in branding, digital, ESG and technology. He has over 20 years of experience in the industry, combining extensive strategic consulting experience, with senior operating roles, including CFO, board member, chief restructuring officer, and general manager.

Siani started his career in McKinsey & Co where he was part of the Strategy & Corporate Finance division, mainly focusing on strategic planning and M&A for large corporations and financial institutions, which included PE firms. He has also served as CFO of Gpack Group, an Italian packaging specialist, and most recently as CFO of Milan-based mineral water company Acque Minerali d’Italia. Siani has an MBA from Columbia University and a BA in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan.
